EXCHANGE

 

The consumer has the right to exchange the product, within 14 days from the day that acquires physical possession of the property, if it still has the label, remains in good condition and with packaging intact. We do not accept changes of socks, panties, boxers or food products.

 

RIGHT TO FREE RETURN

 

The consumer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the day that acquires physical possession of the property, and shall also, within 14 days from the date of communication, proceed to returning the goods, supporting the respective cost of return. Within 14 days from the date it was informed of withdrawal, the supplier shall return to the consumer all payments received. 

 

The consumer must notify the seller of the lack of good compliance within two months from the date that has detected and can exercise their rights if this non-compliance is found within two years after delivery of the goods . Repair or replace them, in case of non-compliance shall be carried out within a maximum of thirty days. 

 

PROCEDURE

 

The User must complete this return form in the User Area (My Account) to communicate that will proceed to return the product, answering the presented parameters: reason for return, and others. Wait for "I Shop Braga" contact before proceeding the return of the product.

Place the product in its original packaging and without having been object of use (in perfect condition and accompanied by any manuals, labels) and send to:

The carrier company (Chronopost in Portugal) will go through the address given to the collection (The collections are not made on holidays and weekends). The carrier company is not allowed to pay back.
